Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation (in the form of a confirmation email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with SOCALICEHOCKEY.COM whether or not your transaction has been completed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. SOCALICEHOCKEY.COM will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that a transaction was not completed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Convenience Charges and Order Processing Fees
All order processing fees or otherwise are stated on the payment entry page page and represent the total fees and charges due at the time of purchase.
Cancelled, Postponed Sessions and Venue or Time Changes
If a session is cancelled, postponed or the venue has been changed or the session time has been changed players will have the option of a refund for the full amount paid or they may receive a credit good for a future session.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information that can delay processing. In these cases, SOCALICEHOCKEY.COM will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If SOCALICEHOCKEY.COM is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, SOCALICEHOCKEY.COM may cancel your session request without further notice.
Limitation of Liability
You assume all risks incidental to the session for which you are registered, whether before, during or after play, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against SOCALICEHOCKEY.COM on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor.
License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value
SOCALICEHOCKEY.COM reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse to allow a player to join a reserved session, or eject, any player whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with provided rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund.
