Refunds/Cancellations/No Shows and late arrivals
* A minimum of 2 goalies are guaranteed to be booked and confirmed for all games (in most cases 3 goalies are booked). In order for the SCIH Club to continue to be able to provide great hockey throughout Southern California the club cannot be held responsible for situations beyond its control including traffic, mechanical failures, missing/forgotten equipment such as masks/gloves/sticks/pads, flat tires, improperly set alarm clocks, last minute changes in childcare services, medical emergencies or other unforeseen events that prevent a goalie from taking the ice for a session for which they are booked. No refunds will be provided under any such circumstances. Refunds requests for missing goalies will be reviewed and may be provided in some circumstances at the discretion of the SCIH Club.
** Game reservations cancelled less than 2 hours before their scheduled skate start time will be responsible for the no-show fee if a replacement player cannot be found. Exceptions to this policy may be made for players who have had NO late cancellations of 2 hours or less in the previous 6 month period.
