SmartWaiver form for The-Rinks

Starting the week of October 16 all SCIH Club players will need to complete the online SmartWaiver form.  It only takes a minute and is good until Sept 30 2024.  There’s no fee, needles, or background check required (phew)!  So please take a moment and get this done or yes you’ll be getting badgered by yours truly until it’s complete.
